The pay scales for these positions are as follows: Junior Clerk-cum-Copyists and Junior Typists: INR 19,900 to INR 63,200 in level-4 of the Pay Matrix, Stenographers Grade-III: INR 25,500 to INR 81,100 in level-7 of the Pay Matrix. Salaried Amins: INR 21,700 to INR 69,100 in level-5 of the Pay Matrix.
These positions include the usual Dearness Allowance (D.A.) and other allowances as per the ORSP Rules, 2017. The final appointments are subject to the result of W.P. (C) No. 1273/2014, which is pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the posts of Junior Clerk-cum-Copyists, Junior Typists, and Stenographers Grade-III, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be a citizen of India.
- Have passed at least a +3 Examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Have at least a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Be between 18 and 38 years of age as of 01.09.2023, with age relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.
- Be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
- Be of good character, sound health, good physique, and free from organic defects or bodily infirmity.
- Have no more than one spouse if married.
- Have no criminal antecedents.

- Be a citizen of India.
- Have passed the Matriculation Examination or an equivalent from a recognized board.
- Have completed Revenue Inspector training.
